How Do I Cancel Or Modify An Order?
We are only able to cancel or modify orders within the first 2 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

Venture Pal product can be returned to receive a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchasing date. 

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. After more than 30 days, we will not grant a refund.

To return and item, please follow the THREE steps below:

1. Prepare item(s) in original packaging.

2. Use a trackable shipping service to mail the item(s) to our returns center.

3. IMPORTANT: Email your full name, tracking number, order number (very important) to this email address: support@venturepal.com. Returns cannot be processed without this information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days. To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.

We do not offer returns except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.

The customer must email to support@venturepal.com for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to Venture Pal shop. Or the refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay the shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.

If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or a refund.

Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.
