30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases made through Venture Pal’s official website (venturepal.com) or Venture Pal’s officially operated sales channels, such as the official Venture Pal store on Amazon.
Purchases made through third-party retailers, resellers, distributors, or unauthorized sellers are not covered by this guarantee and are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective seller.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund review if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All requests are subject to review and approval and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Our Support-First Approach
Before initiating a refund, our support team may work with you to provide reasonable guidance, usage recommendations, or alternative solutions to help improve your experience with the product. Many issues can be resolved with proper use, adjustments, or additional support.
If, after reasonable guidance, the product still does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund review within the 30-day window.
Eligibility & Conditions
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
- The purchase must be made through Venture Pal’s official sales channels
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Both one-time purchases and individual subscription shipments may be eligible
This guarantee is designed for consumable products that need to be evaluated through real use. Reasonable product usage within the 30-day period does not automatically disqualify a request.
However, excessive consumption or usage patterns that suggest policy abuse may affect eligibility for approval.
Information Required for Refund Review
To help us better understand your experience and continue improving our products and services, we may request additional information as part of the refund review process.
When contacting our support team, you may be asked to provide:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of your experience or reason for dissatisfaction
- Relevant details or supporting information, where applicable (such as photos or usage context)
Providing this information helps us evaluate requests fairly and identify opportunities to improve. In some cases, failure to provide requested information may impact our ability to complete the review.
Returns, Product Safety & Return Requirements
Food safety and product integrity are extremely important to us. Depending on the product type, usage, and circumstances of your request, a physical return may or may not be required. Return requirements, if any, are determined after review and communicated by our support team.
In some cases, a return may not be requested due to safety, quality, or logistical considerations. Please do not send products back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved and required, we currently do not charge return shipping fees
for eligible orders within regions that originally qualified for free shipping.
Return shipping coverage, eligibility, and related policies may be updated from time to time and will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each request.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on an individual order basis. If you are dissatisfied with a specific subscription shipment, you may request a refund review within 30 days of delivery for that shipment.
Repeated refund requests on subscription orders or patterns that indicate misuse of subscription pricing or benefits may impact future eligibility.
Refund Review & Resolution
All refund requests are reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
- A refund to the original payment method
- A replacement or reshipment
- Store credit
The type of resolution offered is determined based on the circumstances of each request.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us for assistance.
Items Not Covered
- Purchases made through third-party retailers, resellers, or distributors
- Requests submitted after the 30-day window
- Suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive refund activity
- Digital products or gift cards, except for unused digital gift cards, which may be eligible for review
- Physical (printed or plastic) gift cards are non-refundable
