I make it into a hot cocoa with 1c almond milk, 1c mint tea, 3-5g of cocoa powder and one packet of chocolate venture pal :) it’s so tasty and I can’t believe it’s sugar free!!

I have neuropathy which causes my calves to burn. The Magnesium cream helps to lessen the burning to almost nothing. And it lasts throughout the night if you put it on early in the evening. And I absolutely love the lavender scent!!

This has really helped me feel a look less bloated and I am more regular w/ bowel movements. It really does help me w/ my mental clarity an increase my overall mood and focus . I've suffered for years w/ low fiber and being lactose an ibs-D so I hope that I continue to have success adding this drink to my morning routine every day on wknds I do I like around lunch bc I need my sleep also .

This product saved my life!! I would recommend it to anyone considering purchasing. I have to take electrolytes every day, multiple times a day, sometimes, and this product makes that so easy. I love that there’s no sugar, so it won’t spike my glucose, but it has a good amount of electrolytes compared to other options on the market. It’s such a good value for the price so I will definitely be repurchasing and trying other flavors soon.
