Thank you for shopping with Venture Pal. Please review our shipping policy below for details on order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping-related questions.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment centers. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

We ship orders via USPS, UPS, or Amazon Logistics.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $5 for orders under $25 within the contiguous United States. Orders over $25 qualify for free standard shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to the following locations: U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Hawaii, Micronesia, Alaska, and American Samoa.

Expedited shipping options, including Two-Day Shipping and USPS Priority Mail, are available at an additional cost and will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website (USPS or UPS). If you have any questions regarding tracking, please feel free to contact us.

5. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that your order has been marked as “delivered” but you have not received the package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first to check for additional delivery details.

If the issue cannot be resolved and the claim is deemed valid after review, we may offer a replacement shipment or alternative resolution at our discretion.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Venture Pal is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or fulfillment location. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
