Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy purchase. This Cancellation Policy explains how changes and cancellations are handled for these types of purchases. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their subscription period unless canceled or paused in accordance with this policy.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email or through your customer account. Depending on your subscription, you may be able to:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Change your delivery frequency or next shipment date
- Update your shipping address or billing information
- Swap products, if the option is available
Pausing subscriptions
Pausing a subscription is always allowed. You may pause or skip upcoming deliveries at any time, provided the request is made before the next scheduled order is processed. Pausing a subscription will delay future shipments but will not cancel the subscription unless explicitly requested and approved.
Cancellation rules
To help prevent misuse of subscription benefits, subscription cancellations may only be available after the second subscription renewal order has been successfully processed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled order enters processing. Once an order has begun processing, it can no longer be canceled.
Subscription discounts and promotional pricing apply only to active subscription orders and may be adjusted or removed if misuse, excessive cancellations, or abnormal activity is detected.
Orders in processing or in transit
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or intercepted. This includes orders that are already in transit with the carrier.
Shipping carriers do not guarantee successful package interception once an order has left our fulfillment centers. Venture Pal is not responsible for failed interception attempts or carrier-related limitations.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are placing an order for an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. Depending on the product, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance at a later fulfillment date.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you place a try before you buy order, we authorize your payment method prior to fulfillment. You will be given a specified evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item.
If the item is not returned within the allowed timeframe and in accordance with return requirements, your payment method will be charged for the full amount of the item.
General limitations
Requests to cancel, pause, or modify orders must be submitted before the order enters processing. Orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
Venture Pal is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including shipping address errors or failed delivery attempts.

Approved returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please refer to that policy for eligibility requirements and processing timelines.
