At first I didn't like the taste of these gummies, the aren't sweet, like I'm used to. So, I got used to the taste and I chew 1 gummy daily, as the instructions say. I notice I sleep better and wake up with more energy and my mind seems to be sharper. I've been taking these for almost a month now and I notice the difference. I recommend for anyone that needs better sleep ??
If you don't have a problem digesting sugar alcohols (like maltitol), I definitely recommend these. Magnesium Glycinate is the most readily absorbed of all magnesium compounds. The variety of ingredients is excellent for overall wellness. They all work together. These have been effectively giving a good night's rest. The flavor is quite yummy ?C I ordered the raspberry ?C no strange aftertaste.

Love these magnesium glycinate supplements. I struggle with sleep and I have found this product to be very useful. I take one gummy a night (140lbs, 5'6"), approximately 30 minutes before bedtime and it really relaxes me. I would definitely recommend these for anyone wanting something to help with sleep. Tastes good too, like a little bedtime treat.
