The IU seems good however on the Other Ingredient list, it says "natural flavor"? it doesn't specify what that natural ingredient is. Also it has a weird taste like chemical, (not sure if that what it is)it does linger in the mouth but is not pleasant. I give some to my children and they hate taking it and well I bear it, but not sure if i will purchase this item again .
